Terms and Conditions By completing and submitting an order for a paper, you are consenting to be bound by, and are becoming a party to, this agreement. The completed order form represents the set of instructions that will be followed in the process of preparing of your paper that will be delivered to the e-mail address specified above by the due date specified in the form and charged in accordance with the price schedule advertised by www.FlashPapers.com You agree that the paper produced by us represents work that is intended for further research and can only be used as a model for your own writing efforts. You are encouraged to use our papers with proper citation. We neither endorse nor tolerate any form of whole or partial plagiarism and will not engage in any activity that will facilitate cheating. Flash Papers makes every effort to deliver a paper that will reasonably match the instructions specified in the order forms submitted by our clients. We reserve the right to provide free revisions for unsatisfied customers at our own discretion. Revisions can only be requested within 10 days of delivery; any request made more than 10 days after delivery will be denied. Any unpaid order can be canceled at any time. An order that has already been paid for cannot be canceled by the customer under any circumstance. Note that orders cannot be canceled by the customer under any circumstance once labor has commenced. The only exception to this rule occurs when a paper is delivered late -- in this instance, you will be partially refunded if the refund request is received before the paper is emailed to customer. In the event that a paper is delivered with an insufficient page count, the customer will be refunded for the pages that were not delivered.
